30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, please contact us at roserodriguez196@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
